They sent a firmware update and couple of the features are not working properly now and a coupon the alternative faces for the watch do not have colours anymore. That was the face for the watch that I always used and kinda one of the reasons I bought the watch.

Edited June 2024. For some reason the watch has recently stopped connecting to the app. I've reset the watch and uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but nothing. I can't seem to find any help about this and with only a relatively small number of people with the watch I suspect there will never be the support needed. Very poor.

Pretty limited app with few customizations but app seems to work well. The firmware 2v18.2180 however... The FW still has a lot of bugs and frequently crashes when hanging up on phonecall (usually). Sometimes drains the battery within hours even when not in use, or crashes. Only way to get it started again is to wait a week for the battery to complete drain and then start it by charging it. Buttons will rarely respond when crashed. Any news on updates so the watch can function properly again?
