Cannot use the notification tones without paying for premium as far as I can tell. If there is a way, instructions are needed. Update: Following developers response, I had another look. I tried to download a couple of 2-second notification sounds and got 2 options, either "No offers" or"go VIP". So what are we supposed to do, go through them all until we find one that's available? Seems you only find out when you try to download or set a ringtone that it's not free.
