Edit: I 100% rescind my endorsement of this app. The last time I used it, I came back to the garage at the end of the evening to find my car parked OUTSIDE (very near the street), UNLOCKED, UNATTENDED. In NYC, late at night. After complaining immediately to "Best" Parking, they offered me a $5 coupon for my "next" time using their app. That was the best they could do for me, apparently. Months later, I'm still absolutely furious. Never again.

Unexpected - customer service is incredible! We paid for our parking spot but it was Saturday night in a busy place, we couldn't find any parking. We called to get a refund but instead they dispatched us around the block where there was additional parking and saved the night! A live person picked up the phone on Saturday night and gave us what we needed! A+ service. Will be using for all my parking needs whenever possible and recommend to all friends. Keep up the good work!
