2024-10-24 | ltrizio | Now that beCharge has become Plenitude, I created a new profile with userid and password on my computer. With same credentials I cannot get logged in in the Android App. Yes I verified typing is correct. After trying to change password once again, I decided to remove my Plenitude account and uninstall the Android App. Congratulations, you have destroyed a functional App and lost a potential customer. Good job! | |

2024-08-24 | Randi Van Blarcom | Save yourself a major headache and DOWNLOAD NEXTCHARGE APP INSTEAD. 45 mins wasted on this stupid app: tried installing on 2 phones, and still weren't able to use the charger. The app wouldn't let us do anything (even as a guest) without entering a phone number (which as travellers we can't access right now, so we couldn't enter the verification code and got locked out). Then it wanted us to add minimum €50 to our wallet - but we only needed about €15 and won't ever spend the rest. Awful! | |

Especially discouraging if you're only looking for a one time charging spot. Also makes you really want to avoid these charging stations as it takes too much time to start the charging. | |
