| 2024-07-15 |  | | Doesn't work anymore! I've used this app for years and found it extremely useful. I stopped my subscription for a while and then I restarted it a few months ago. Now every time I go to use it it tells me I need a subscription. When I go to subscribe it tells me I already have a subscription . They've been taking $22 out of my account for the last 3 months. I talked to support about this. Now they want screenshots of my payments and all possible user accounts I might have. What a hassle! |

Now, not only does it get permanently stuck at the opening splash screen, even after reinstall, I also started getting billed $26.95 all of a sudden, after BV lowered the cost to $9.95 since I didn't need 100 background checks every month. So now I get charged $9.95 AND $26.95, and I only have one BV account. Based on my recent experience and all these recent angry reviews, there's obviously a ton going wrong with this app and this company. |
| 2024-06-29 |  | | It's been valuable at times, but I have a hard time restarting the service. I update my paying method and it won't work. Like others, I want to buy this, but the very mechanism to pay is faulty. This has kept me from purchasing the last several times. It drives me crazy. I even downloaded the app, which sticks on its title page. Now I'm worried that I'll have the same problem if I want to use it. I tried live chat several times, but mo one is ever there. I get transcripts of it in my email. 🫥 |

When I contacted them about it they said to just use the website, which I guess haha but I want to use your app? Weird. When I click on the app it just stays frozen on the main screen and doesn't do anything. They didn't seem interested in fixing it... |

Made through Google Play and 3 weeks later and 4 emails and I still have no access. I have provided them with screenshots they asked for only to be asked for something else. I suffered a stroke last week and don't have the energy to play this game any longer. Requested cancelation from Google play. If they figure out issue I would recommend service, |
| 2023-05-18 |  | | A lot of the results data is verifiably accurate once sorted out. The problem is that BV is constantly hyper_marketing. The screens (more so using a browser) are so full of "do this, do that, now, quick!" Instead, a concise presentation would be better and much less annoying! ALSO... I feel stiffed every month because I never use all 100 searches and the remaining are removed. Oh, and the price has conveniently gone way up too!! |
| 2023-03-06 |  | | This app is close to worthless most if not all of the information found can easily be obtained just searching google and the stuff that would be harder to search well they cant fins it either. Pointless just like all those other background checking apps. A real thorough background check would cost you around $80.00. I would know, I used to work for a company that did them as its main source of revenue. That covers their time/effort and the fees that most jurisdictions have for a copy of records |
| 2022-12-07 |  | | I paid for a month subscription on 31st then the beginning of the next month they tried not once more like every day for 4 days in a row when I had already paid. Plus they are a good choice to look up info but not the best I found one that can find you twice as much info but they are way more expensive. They emailed me twice and never admitted they did any wrong even though I sent them screenshots of the charges. |

Also this is the 2nd app that has bait & switched on me once I paid full membership. Trial period you get answers %100 of time; once you commit your luck on a return falls to %30 |
| 2022-04-04 |  | | Used to be a subscriber for $15 a month for several months. I cancelled it and then resubscribed at $22! I am stuck in a loop on top of that. It won't show me anything and when I click to search it still states I need a subscription. So I click on subscribe and it says error, you are already a member. Restarted the app, same thing. No updates for it either. Very disappointed. Requesting a refund. |
