| 2024-07-29 |  |  | I have tried so hard to get along with this product range, but its terrible, and support is as bad. The gateway app keeps freezing and not responding. I contacted support all i get is contact me again when you are at the apiary, and no idea what 'freezing' or 'not responding' means, despite sending screenshots. The main monitoring app is awful, the graphics are very basic and the manual is a waste of time. What does 185.7 Hz mean, or 11.4 amplitude. Is that good or bad ? Who knows :-( |
| 2023-08-27 |  | | The actual product is good but is let down when it comes to the online service. They don't answer emails and the online bot is hard work. If this had been sorted I would have probably used a lot more of the products. |
