2024-11-08 | Corvo Tanuar | It used to be the best mobile banking app compared to other banking. Literally the fastest and most practical compared to other banks. But then the IT team got bored and mess around with the latest update, forcing the users to turn off accessibility (even though mine is already off), failed to re-verify for the 8th time (I gave up), must turn on location/map, and the app is now literally unusable. Good job, IT team of BCA. Next time, remind yourself of "Don't fix if it's not broken." | |

I need the Accessibility feature and can't have it turned off even temporarily or periodically. (I have the latest version and a stable network) You've lost a customer (using gopay now). | |
2024-11-02 | 橘和也兄貴 | Aight the crashing issues has been fixed. But why the hell do i need to turn off accessibilities everytime i wanted to use the app? It is hella annoying to do everytime i wanted to access or pay anything. You know what is in my accessibilities? A bunch of necessary features such as answering bluetooth calls, cleaners, translators, screen casting, etcs which is necessary for my work or other things. Turning these on & off would cause a lot of issues which needs me to fix it every damn time. -_- | |
2024-11-01 | Eliezer Kurnia | I have been BCA customer for years and they have not been the easiest bank to deal with. However, it's just getting worse. Now they require user to disable accessibility setting just to be able to use their app. UNACCEPTABLE! It's MY phone and I have to be free to use it as I want to. It's practically blocking my only access to my account, as I live abroad now. I'm so done with this bank that I decided to close my account as soon as I'm back to Indonesia. Good riddance. | |

I patiently wait for the fixing and what happen to the next update ? Just a popup told me to turn off my accessbility. Hey, this is my phone, why i need to do this ? 2024-10-25 | can win | Updating the new version is really a big mistake. 'Accessibility has to be turned off'. I have talked to 2 customer service officers by WA, but none give the solution of the problem. Have done turning off the accessibility, restarting the phone, turning off the phone and taking off the sim card for some moments, still 'Accssibility message' appeared. So disappointed. I hope this bug can be solved soon. | |

I also called the call centre without receiveing any usefull help. And I still cant open the app for more than a week. They told me to check the network and accessibility. But it just end with me on call with the call centre for an hour and they repeating the exact word without giving any other type of help. Useless | |
2024-10-24 | Andrea Tania | The dumbest app update ever. Called the CS and she suggested to turn of the Talkback/voice assistant on Accessibility, but i already have it turned off beforehand. Try to uninstall & reinstall, clear the cache, but no effects. I emailed them, but they can't give a clear answer about this problem. But. Apparently until today cannot use. Already uninstall re install. Clear cache. Change wifi to mobil internet vice versa. Already rise complaint to halo bca. No update whatsoever. Update I have done everything you asked for the accessibility function, everything is off. Still no luck. Cant use apps at all. | |
2024-10-23 | Jona San | The app has been crashing all day, making it impossible to complete QRIS payments. As someone who relies on this feature for daily transactions, it's been very frustrating. I tried restarting the app and clearing the cache, but the issue persists. BCA really needs to improve the app's stability, especially for essential features like payments. I hope this gets resolved soon because it's affecting both customers and merchants. |
