Cannot login due to accessibility setting (on). Some of my apps need to use accessibility function in Android to work. Some disabled people might need this accessibility feature, I guess BCA doesn't care about them. If you cannot secure your app without disabling Android accessibility feature, which is made mostly for people with physical challenge, you need a better app developer. I waited long enough, I'm uninstalling this app today, back to klikbca.

Edit: since you've backtracked from the accessibility requirements, I also revise my previous one-star rating below : Had been using this app for almost a year. But latest update requires me to turn off accessibility services. Since I need those, this app had become useless to me. If thiis does not resolve shortly, I will UNINSTALL MyBCA and return to the much less secure web access. Bad move, BCA

I want to enable Accessibility options when using the app. I will change my review once the fix is done. Its so annoying when other banking apps can do it while BCA as the biggest private bank in Indonesia cant even done it. (EDIT: Awesome work BCA. You have proved that youre the biggest player in banking)

won't able to register Mybca with USA Number tried multiple times.reach out to CS nothing they can do all they can said was just wait for the new upgrade on the apps. everytimes I tried to register is only got me to the part input my phone numbers after I press next all it said was "Currently,we are upgrading our system to serve you better. We apologize for any inconvenience caused." Update: reach out to CS as i been told here,but again they said For US phone number it won't be able to register

Since the newest updates, it became so hard for doing transactions. Always pop up turn off accessibility. Eventhough it never turned on. No solutions too. Sometimes we can use for transaction, but most of the times is useless

Worst experience so far, I tried to login with bca id. Then after that i have to input my mobile number for otp. But the issue is they did'nt have a choice to input it manually so i have to search my regional code number, and surprise my regional number is not even there. Fyi I live in Indonesia so it must be +62 but they dont even bother automaticly use that even though they ask for my location permission.

the latest version keeps me forced close after scaning fingerprint, like always! very annoying - edit: 5 stars. it is working now and I believe it was for security improvement. good job dev and thanks for replying with the solution

Latest update disallows users with accessibility (a11y) features from logging in. I raised my rating to 2 stars since it now shows a popup telling us to disable these features instead of force closing the app, but it's still disappointing. It shows a complete disregard for people with disabilities—why does a bank app need to interfere with a11y in the first place? This exclusionary move is counterproductive; access to financial services should be inclusive, restricting a11y undermines trust.

turn off accesibility just to use the app? why is this even a thing. I have multiple apps that uses accesibility and need to turn them off one by one if i want to access MY ACCOUNT. after that had to wait 10 secs each app when i re-enable the accesibility setting, thats basically a ± 1minute load time for an app FIX THIS PLEASE.

I downloaded the app because the latest update of M-BCA kept me out from accessing it. I hoped that this app would allow me to use BCA on my phone. However, after a few days of using it, the same error occurred. Whenever I try to open the app and log in, it automatically sends me back to the home screen repeatedly. Please help. Edit. Already fix my problem by deactivated my accessibility thx
