Usually i never intend to give this low about rating an app. Why can't i just enter the app? it's annoying when the app just casually asks us to do a lot verification through SMS

Usually they pick up very fast. Then just today when i made a call, it was quick, the staff seem to not understand their own products, and when explaining sounds very condescending but when countered by a fact that what he explain isnt available he was "ngotot" and like "listen to me first". ??? So NOT BCA standard. So i got tired, ended the call and give 2 star rating and giving feedback. Tried calling back directly now i wait for a long time and no one pick up. Is this intentional sulking?

Everytime I tapped out of the app during a call with CS, it didn't register my voice so when I look up information on my phone while in a call the CS won't hear my voice. Also it forcibly ends the call when I tapped out of the app

There's few to like and a lot to improve, it makes calling BCA customer service convenient, but (1) the app keeps crashing every 5 seconds when on call, (2) incoming and outgoing sounds doesn't work when we're using a bluetooth headset or earphones, (3) the constant notification update is obnoxious which also triggers the smartwatch every second, (4) and switching to other apps also seems to disable outgoing sounds and the CS person can't hear anything. Previous versions seem to work better.

A very awful app. When you try to look info in other app to inform the CS it cannot allow the phone conversation to get through. I will give it -5

If we open other app, the CS will not hear our voice, we should return to the app so they can hear our voice. Sometime we need to open other app so we can get the informatio that we need. I hope bca can fix the problem
