| 2024-07-12 |  |  | Very dissapointed as puzzles won't load. Instead, I get an error mesage telling me to check my internet connection everytime I try to open a puzzle. My internet connection is working fine though, but the app clearly is not😕 |

| 2023-10-28 |  | | I use to love being able to read take a break on line, but last month even though got a subscription keeps saying I need to pay for issues. Tried logging in tonight and won't let me log in, even reset password and nope... Had nearly a year of no problems to now problem after problem.... 😔 I Pay through Google and haven't had a problem since I switched, until now as can't download latest copy. Now cancelled completely! |

'Feedback' option within the app is a dead link which only attempts to make you share the app to contacts. Do not touch the app. Do not purchase on the app. |

| 2022-03-23 |  | | I pay for a magazine subscription and having issues accessing puzzles. Emailed twice over a period of 4 days and still no response and no access. This isn't the first time there have been issues either. Shocking customer service, I will not be renewing my subscription. |
| 2021-12-29 |  | | I used to get the subscription of this magazine when I lived in England, over 10 yrs ago, now I live in the States, I can't get the mag here. So I was pleasantly surprised to find the app, then quickly disappointed when I couldn't complete the puzzles. I love the stories and all. But interacting with the puzzles is hit and miss. Of course I can't enter the competitions, that's ok, I just enjoy doing the puzzles and reading the stories. I believe this app (and monthly TAB) are still in progress |
