| 2024-11-26 |  | | Since the latest update and having reset my password, as a long-term subscriber I am still being prompted to sign up on either a monthly or annual subscription to view any kind of content. I thought digital access was supposed to be more accessible and convenient. This is incredibly frustrating as your UI seems well laid out in other respects. A great magazine, with great content. If only I was able to access said content :( |

Had a letter to say that my sub had been upgraded and could now access all content on app. However, neither the app nor Greatmagazines.co.uk (who publish Empire) recognise my password. This is despite me changing it (at their insistence). Constant message saying 'password wrong'. Really poor experience so fatr. Real shame as I'm sure I'd use the app a lot. |
| 2022-06-05 |  | | Fairly functional but missing a lot of quality of life features. It needs a deeper back catalogue and the ability to double-tap to zoom in or out. The capability to fill in the crossword would be good, as would the option to click on a page in the contents and for it to take you there. Hopefully these will be implemented in due course. |
