| 2024-12-13 |  | | You can order any book. That is what they say. Here is my experience since 26 Sept 2024 up until now 2 November 2024. The list of books I requested: Odd Partners by Allison Brennan, Sun Detective by William Wells, The Philantherapist by William Wells, Private Rome by James Patterson (Unreadable). The books were requested on the App on 26/09, 03/10, 11/10 and 25/10. I am still waiting. Is this a good experience with Unlimited ebooks. I It is now 13 December 2024. No-one made any effort. Shame . |

I requested an E-book (Nine Man eaters and one Rogue:- by Kenneth Anderson) hoping it'll be posted within 24 or 48 hours, but it's been more than 3 days(72 hours), and that book is still missing. 3). The loading time is very high even with good network that it becomes annoying. 4). Zoom option doesn't works. Overall, that's a brilliant app! |

| 2024-11-09 |  | | honestly this is the best app ive seen so far for reading ebooks but these days after update im facing some issues like- there are way to many ads whenever i open the download or search a book there's an ad which is really infuriating also before the update we were able to see the number of pages left to finish the chapter at the bottom but now that isn't visible so kindly solve my problems and please bring that feature of seeing number of pages left back and remove ads . please look into it |

Please explain the procedure for deselecting the highlighting or underlying words. Please add the deselecting feature if it isn't already available. |
