2024-11-26 | Lawrence Ramberg | I like the app, but I've read about download errors. Then I started getting the download error everytime. It turns out that the Chicago radar that is closest to me is offline until late May. Not the app developers fault. Still like the app. I see there is a version for Windows. For another $30???? Not paying for it twice. Not supporting "climate change" drivel.
2024-09-26 | Aaron Lehrman | I have been using this app for 10 years and still love it. I paid $10 back in the day and it was well worth it then. I try to track tornados as rare as they are around me and other leveled data. I wish I didn't have to get the subscription for the lightning tracking, but it has been a fairly great app over the years.
2024-09-25 | Doctor Zeus | So far, really great. The radar has picked up single rain clouds which is pretty impressive. Zooming in to street level is nice. I've only had a couple instances in the recent past where the radar hadn't updated in like an hour. But it's pretty consistent, and having up-to-the-minute radar is super helpful if you're walking, biking, or unsheltered in any way.
2024-07-29 | erik white | This has been my #1 mobile weather radar app since PYKL3 left many years ago. I bought the original app almost 10 years ago and continue to keep a pro subscription. Few weeks back products would get "Error Loading", so went to the app store to look for updates, there weren't any so I decided to uninstall and reinstall. Then went to reinstall and it charged another $10. Emailed twice within the last week and a half and no response. Will update if this issue is resolved.
2024-07-22 | B T | very limited on watch. no location dot.... They just expect you to know where you are. No way to find your location. zooming in or out stinks. no settings for watch. they charge you $9.99 to get it, and you have to pay $9.99 yearly for basic features other aps offer for free. Then, they have no future radar, just past. not worth the money at all.
2024-07-22 | Steve Young | This app was recommended. I decided to try it. I thought the basic app was free, but I was asked to pay $9.99, which I thought would give me the pro tier one version, so I agreed. Then, I received a message to subscribe, but that ended up requiring another $9.99 payment. When I went to see my subscriptions in PayPal, it only showed one pro one subscription. That is very confusing, and it looks like it had me pay twice for one app. I checked my bank and found two charges of $10.81 from Google.
2024-07-15 | Katie Burmeister | I'm having issues with mine. My subscription ended 2 days ago so I renewed it. My kpmx is not updating. It still says it's the Forcast from 2 days ago. I have reinstalled the app many times as erasing all data. If we can't get it to work then I would like a full refund. Thanks
2024-07-14 | David Helfinstine Jr. | Keeps getting stuck at wrong time? Severe storms today, but keeps defaulting to over 20 hours ago. Changing time enables "archive mode" at current time but goes back when reverting to "live". Other weather stations do not have the same issue, and sources besides Radarscope Pro seem to be OK. Kind of a big issue given the circumstances...
2024-06-18 | Fabiano Melo | A not so "premium" weather app. For a $10 app, I was expecting more. Everything useful is behind paywall subscriptions. If you're not willing to pay for an endless subscription, then you better stay away from this app. I tried a refund after 2 days and a couple of hours, but it was denied, so now I've this useless app unless I pay them yearly to have access to "premium" features that many other weather apps offer for free
2024-04-24 | DarkSide Sniper | This is a good app to have on your phone, tablet, or laptop computer. I recommend having it always. However it is charging me $14.99 a month for some reasoned?? the app shows it is only $9.99 but somewhere it is getting an extra $5 dollars a month. So watch out for what they charge you. I have had this app for about 2 years, In the beginning you pay for the app and it was just a 1 time payment now they want to charge you for everything. |
