Worst of all, painstaking to even get to the results page as it prompts to make a payment for premium. Thankfully able to cancel before the trial ended. Find the gear icon on the top left of your account page, then to payment method/subscription. From there on you can cancel your subscription. |

Downloaded this app and only used the trial, since deleting before I was charged, I have now been charged twice for a subscription and app I don't want. I tried looking into the app, no dice. Tried the "Forgot Password," my account doesn't exist. So how are y'all still charging me if this is the case. I emailed them, have only been getting automated emails. Such a mess. |

I will continue to email support until my refund is recived. To cancel i had to email twice until given a help page which i followed and figured out how to cancel myself. Update! The cancel option was then on the app. I used that to cancel. They have not responded to my many emails to refund my money as I did attempt to cancel before the trial was up. Your reply didn't reach me? That makes no sense. |

Id like to be able to get more information about the included tests and range of score possibilities for any test results Maybe printouts of the scores and breakdowns to bring to my therapist. The additional one time purchases are also disappointingly generic but at least I can print that off to bring to my therapist, though I can't even type or port any test results in it using the app |

I sent 2 separate emails to cancel this subscription before I was charged the 29.99 fee to my card today and nobody has emailed me back. And based on the reviews I will not be getting my money back it seems. Absolutely disgusted by this app for the absolute false advertisement they give and taking advantage of people who are simply trying to get better. I have now emailed the support team 3 times and have received no answer. |

Never got the results I paid for AND they advertise a 7 day free trial, but when I went to get the offer I saw in fine print that I wasn't eligible for a free trial. i didn't get it. So very misleading. |

I've reached out to the third party to help cancel this subscription and they gave the same response to them that they have on their website to send an email to an undeliverable email address. At this point I feel my only option is to cancel my card on file to stop the charges. This is predatory and totally unacceptable. |

Subscription design is very misleading on the app. I only wanted the free trial as I don't have $30 a month to spend on a subscription. I was very upset to find that you have to email them to cancel. Just sent my email request. Definitely a money hungry and greedy company. |
