First and foremost, the workouts and the couple that run/created the programs are fantastic! The right hand corner of the home program has an introduction explanation and warm up demonstrations. I would definitely recommend. The downfall is the inconsistency of the app. It's a little slow, the workout videos do not enlarge even though there's a option for it, and it crashes now and again. However, credit must be given to their customer service email response. It's been positive for me.

I purchased BB2 and BB3 a while back and tbe results are in same. The app is so user friendly. The ability to see a demo, track progress is perfect while you are literally doing the workout. Alot of thought was put into the making of the app. The product line up is perfect for the beginner and the advanced. @seriouslySondra

Great for learning consistency and developing motivation. It's a great app (and program) for those who need a constant visual understanding of workout moves. Every w/o has videos and explanations for each move. Only thing it's really lacking is an easier (one-screen glance) read of the daily workouts. Would make it easier for quick glances at next set while at the gym.
