| 2024-10-10 |  | | This app really disappointed me with the way how they handle things. I paid for something 1 time and they have been taking money off my account every month without my knowledge. Not one single confirmation email was sent so that I was aware and could have canceled it or even just an email to ask my permission if I want to continue the purchase. If I never went into the bank I would have never known they were taking money from me. |

| 2023-11-17 |  | | I am extremely upset over how big of a scam this is. First you are asked to subscribe to even see any of the answers but when you do it says you aren't, or it says link not found. Then you cancel your subscription and they still try to charge you monthly. I have emailed over and over saying I'm not subscribed yet they still charge me. When I try calling the numbers shown for support, you get sent straight to voicemail.extremely upsetting. |
| 2023-03-03 |  | | I signed up for a free trial and 80% of the answers to my questions were wrong. Tried to delete my account to avoid renewal and had a bunch of problems. Only option is to get them to do it for you. More anxiety I didn't need! GARBAGE. |
| 2022-11-01 |  | | It's really disappointing that after having paid to get tutored online. The questions I submit get rejected somehow even if they are properly asked. I don't get the point for just asking for money and not providing the service I paid for. This is just very terrible. |
| 2022-07-20 |  | | This app is completely scam, when you successfully try their free 1 month trial offer, they automatically cancelled it. i also contacted their bartleby care and the end I am the who cancelled but actually I dont do anything to cancel my subscription. Bartleby cancelled it. |
| 2022-06-03 |  | | Worst app ever I have seen in the text solutions. If you want to become an expert in bartleby, you will be not allowed to become an expert especially in economics. Their system of taking test is the worst. I give the test 4 times but the result of the test is the same. I can't explain how is that possible? In 3rd and 4th time, when I am giving the test, I even check the answer twice but they fail me every time. I don't know if I am experiencing this thing or someone also explained this... |

I have subscribe for 2 months now, this is actually quite new, they changed the provide questions into 5 per billing cycle, they not care to explain. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! This broad daylight robbery. hope this is properly handled and fix. Until then I would give this a 1 star. I would not recommend this app to everyone. |

| 2021-07-26 |  | | The app is easy to navigate, no problems with the renewal and subscription. The reason why I gave it 3 stars is the fact that tutors answered some of my questions wrong. I already emailed the costumer service & they're doing a great job for the quick responses of my problem. I think it would be better if they will filter the "tutors" in this platform because I encountered and received more incorrect answers than accurate ones. 9.99$ for a wrong solutions is quite a headache :) |
