2024-12-12 | Tim Fudge | It doesn't show the company balance correctly even though I'm the only cardholder. This seems like half a job and really isn't useful. Now when I try to launch it, I'm suddenly told that I need to upgrade to Android 12. Other business credit cards are available.
2024-12-02 | Axel Kent | Just such a useless app. I am trying to understand what the point of this app is. It does not show accurate balance, does not show recent activity or history, does not show accurate "available balance" , its infuriating how useless this is.
2024-11-19 | Summer Hubble | App doesn't work at all. Has always just said £0 available. Never updates. Very limited functions. Can only pay DD as full or minimum, no option to set an amount. Would give zero stars if I could.
2024-11-12 | Mike Dyer | Won't allow me to login with fingerprint password. Everytime you can only login by entering username and password that it doesn't remember. Any ideas?
2024-10-08 | Matthew Booth | Dreadful, just been told the in-app balance isn't actually your balance and I owed £4.8k (app says balance was £180). Gave no indication I was paying interest as it conveniently leaves this off the app view. Payed hundreds in interest since Feb when I got the app. They've developed an app and gotten it so, so wrong. Where there is only 1 signatury give us 1 balance.
2024-10-05 | Ogun Aydingun | The WORST bank app I ever used with no functionality. But at least it was working. Now updated and does not work on android. I have updated my OS but still doesn't work.
2024-10-01 | Jeffery Tai | App doesn't work unless smartphone can be upgraded to Android 12. Come on Barclaycard, why stop supporting Android 11, not all devices support Android 12. Please allow you app to work with Android 11.
2024-09-18 | Rosie Marshall-Wilks | It's honestly awful. It's honestly the most useless banking app I've ever experienced. I have sign on to the desktop version to actually deal with payments and day to day banking. The app is useless!
2024-09-11 | Anthony Shaw | A recent update means that the app no longer works on Android 11 or below. A helpful message says 'Upgrade your OS and try again'. As Android 12 is not available for my phone then I cannot use the app. I cannot even log in to my acct on using the web as it requires the app for a PIN. Well done Barclaycard, I cannot manage my account now.
2024-09-02 | Anna Kenten | App has been brilliant till the latest update at end of August. Now it's telling me I need to update to version 12 but there are no updates available for me to do this. Chucks you out of app, now I no longer have access until this is resolved, brilliant 🙄 |
