After a week, 'couldn't sync' always occurred. Sometimes, the watch would be hanged when I'm started to do exercise. Then, I will need to wait for it to restart. Keep it up!! |
| 2023-12-22 |  | | I literally just updated to the latest version (version 2.5.5), and now the app crashes EVERY SINGLE TIME I OPEN IT!!! It can't be used, it can't be opened, it obviously can't connect to my "Maimo watch R". On an Samsung S23 Ultra. And this after the phone stopped connecting on the fly to the watch after the last One UI 6.0 update a while back. Ever since that update I had to unpair and re-pair the watch every time they were apart and for a moment and their Bluetooth disconnected. Not happy! |

I'm already connected my Bluetooth with maimo watch but it's come out with the problem not syncing with my phone， this maimo fit app also tell me the notification permission is not enabled but I'm actually already enable it, my watch is not showing out any message or call when my phone receive messages. Besides that there show up insufficient storage when downloading a new watch face, please fix it ! |

I discovered that maimo flow has a limitation where outdoor run greater than 34mins will cause the GPS map not being able to sync with maimo fit app. When this happens, the sync status will display error "couldn't sync". This error will not go away with any subsequent sync. |

Need more update on Stable connection (Bluetooth need to stable). Alexa listening. Skin more than 2 skins showing no storage. Other than this Maimo is best smart watch for this price. Will upgrade to new Maimo watch. Thank you. |
