Error and can't Login, 1 thing that can resolve the problem is you have to going to the bank.

The Bankinter app is lacking and behind in several ways: - Transfers are slow, you're charged for instant transfers - The coordinate card for verification is really outdated and cumbersome - No option to organize money savings with spaces, goals or targets - notifications for transfers / payments are delayed hours or days, making them harder to recognize and less useful - Incorrect 'Spanglish' translations - Card verification theough app for online purchases is laggy, takes several reboots.

It is not too much to ask to have a banking app that actually works on a regular basis, but BankInter can't deliver...Bizum contacts that disappear, transaction documents are never available via the app after a transaction, etc...the list of bugs goes on and on. Una vergüenza vamos...

Does not support all EU/EEA phone numbers and Bankinter clearly does not care to fix it. Equally closing accounts is a nightmare while the bank constantly hits you with hidden fees without notifications or offering any help. Avoid this bank at all costs.

It's getting worse with every update. Now every time you try to login it doesn't recognize fingerprint or if you manage to login in and click or like to navigate through your account, it automatically logs you out again

Tha app and the bank cannot provide a simple breakdown of categorize monthly spend. If you want to get an idea of what you spent the most last month, you want be able to. Cuz you won't be able to see categorized breakdown with grocery clothes or something else. You will see only a monthly statement and this is in the 2023 year.

Only had it 2 months and it's required two updates - this one is 200mb so I don't have space to download it. How does it have an update of 200mb?! 4 months in and 3 updates. Endless enlargements and I have to keep deleting things just to see what's in my account.

The last update of the app (the newest design/version) is so bad... I have to install it and unsinstall it all the time because it stops working well constantly. Terrible.

Terribly user unfriendly, why is it like this? I use a few banking apps and all are far, far better in every way. A 'unable to load content' appears message annoyingly often, the code card security system is rediculous! No other banking apps need it so why does Bankinter?
