| 2024-10-30 |  | | Lack of Android Auto support is still a huge downside. Now it also seems they've eliminated the widget that would show scores for your team. All you can do now is have an icon that takes you into your teams home feed. Which is...pointless. I can already put the app itself on my home screen. |

I restarted my phone and reinstalled the app, no success. I updated acount on the app and nothing is saving. I updated it online and it's fine, but the online changes don't sync with the app. It's picked a "favorite team" for me and won't allow me to change it. Just happens to be a team I hate, so that's neat. SUPER disappointed in this. What the heck? |

They have really great UI's, provide links to great articles, and actually focus on gameplay, rather than drama and theories. I like the game recaps MLB does, both for each individual game's important hits, runs, steals, strikeouts, etc. and also league-wide for scores w/ the relevant plays, impressive plays, setting records, and important events. The payed version is also a spectacular way to get a lot of games. |

Yo, whoever is in charge, for the love of anything you hold dear to your heart... fix this issue. It is unbearable to listen to, especially when I am at work and cannot mute. Please. PLEASE! "CALLING ALL BASEBALL FANS, WANT TO SHAPE THE GAME YOU LOVE?!......." Derrrr derrrr derrrrr STOP IT. |
| 2024-10-01 |  | | This app has been buggy all season long. Repeatedly freezes and crashes. Now in the post season keeps failing to show me where the pitches were after an at bat. MLB released this new app at the start of the season and the only "improvement" I can spot is a big ad on the splash screen that makes it feel slower to load. I'm sure Manfred loves it. 🙄 |
| 2024-10-01 |  | | You will need MLB.tv, ESPN, Prime, and Apple+ subscriptions to see every game. If your game is on one of those and you dont have that service, SOL. My closest MLB team is over 4 hours away, yet I am still blacked out on 4 teams. Commercial breaks are broken. Game broadcasts are cut off/shortened for commercials. Ads (pretending to be commercials) freeze up every game on PC. So much potential, poor execution. Also, dont forget, you will need a paid cable provider to watch any post season games. |

This is specific to the Sony app. They fixed the previous issues I was having, but any time I watch the video with radio audio overlay, the picture freezes during ads while the audio keeps playing. This means I have to restart the app (or fast-forward) to resync every commerical break during a game (18 a times a game). This is a feature I've been using for 15 years, I'm optimistic they'll fix it, but it's been frustration all season. |
| 2024-09-07 |  | | The app works a lot better in the car now so that's great. New problem and I guess I've had it for a while and I just haven't thought to let anyone know about it. Is that any video outside of the MLB.tv stream that I play in your app will not keep my screen awake. This locks the phone for some reason which makes sense because you guys aren't telling the phone that I'm watching something. Most apps to figure this out. You guys need to get on that too. |
| 2024-09-04 |  | | Was good up until labor day. Ever since the home page doesn't load and times out. Same with the standing. Keeps telling me there is an error and to try again but that didn't help. Even cleared cache and went as far as deleting and reinstalling the app. Didn't help. The only thing that did work was scores. I think it needs to be updated. |
