I'm completely unable to use the app.. the moment I open it, it pops up an ad to get the full version subscription while saying I also have the option for basic but won't let me close the ad. So it's basically trying to force me to get the subscription which is $30/month. That's incredibly overpriced and ridiculous. It went from a good app to a scam

Mariya Shostak, 2022-10-20Ad within 5 seconds of opening, and the app doesn't work. I hadn't even taken a single action before an ad came up. That in itself is enough reason for a 1-star. The so called "deep scan" doesn't even appear to do anything. It instantly returns no results, as does the recycle bin. When infact I know the files are there. I used a different app and get the results I was expecting.

They seem to have been genuinely concerned about my issues. They also offered to refund my purchase price. So, my original 1star has been upgraded to 3stars. The product still did not give me the results I had hoped for, but their Customer Service department has done their job well. Original: I downloaded this app at a very stressful time when I had just lost hundreds of pictures. I tried the app, was not satisfied with the results, then moved on to another software that worked for me. I actually tried a few apps before I found the right one for me. Today I have been charged $29.99 for a month of subscription service. I do not remember saying yes to a subscription! I have reviewed the details of the About this app section, and I do not see anything about subscription! Please refund my money! I have already unsubscribed, but the charge is already taken from my account. Shame on you!
