I love the ability to order food before I get to a restaurant unfortunately the app for Backyard Taco doesn't integrate with the store well. We always have to wait for our food. I usually ask to have the food prepared immediately, but that always takes forever. So tonight I ordered 3 hours ahead of time and asked for the food to be ready at 6:15. Our food was ready at 6:50. It's frustrating.

Poor. Taco Tuesday I ordered around 730pm. I ordered a side of refried beans for 1.50. The casher said it was not on the order. SO i paid 3.19 to purchase the refried beans and chips. My bad was I did not bring my phone with me in the restaurant when I picked up my order. When I got home, the 1.50 was charged. I am not sure why they could not see it on the ticket. The El pastor was dry, with no onions or cilantro . Very disapointed with the tacos. BTW the refried beans were great.

Glad for the grand opening, have to say you will wait 15 minutes if you order online when you get there to get reward points. Also steak burrito loaded w lard and grease. Which makes our choice still Some Burros

Do not get a new phone... or at least do not change platforms. The app was working great until I switched phones. Now it doesn't work at all. I have contacted them every way possible and no one has reached back out to me. I would just create a new account but I can't because my phone number is tied to the account. I can't even delete my old account because I can't log in on either phone. Absolutely atrocious IT support.
