Randomly logs you out of the app completely and need to fully go back though and verify identity across multiple avenues super inconvenient when trying to enter a venue. Had the tickets loaded in the car ready to walk up. Open the app again and have to verify identity at the scanner. | |

The descriptions say if you can't attend, that you can resell your tickets through the app. It also offers "extra protection" that if FOR ANY REASON you can't attend, you can get your money back. I COULD NOT resell my ticket NOR WOULD THEY REFUND ME AS PROMISED even with that added protection I purchased! So they LIED about being able to resell my ticket and then also LIED about getting my money back with the xtra protection cost! I NEVER want to do business here again! | |

You can only select tickets by viewing a map and clicking on seats, but you won't see the prices until after you made your selection. The fact that there isn't even an option to view in a list is mind blowing. Every time I select the quantity and what kind of tickets I want, I get a screen that says "out of time". I tried using the artist's presale link that I signed up for, I tried purchasing through the app, made sure that I was using mobile data and not WiFi, cleared my cache, closing and opening the browser again, and I still got the "out of time" screen. Very frustrating and disappointing experience. | |

Other times unable to confirm/accept tickets as it will not progress pass the ticket insurance page. Missed out on tickets that sold out several times at presale due to Axs. | |

Not only will it not show you the tickets you have (the thing it's supposedly designed for), it won't even acknowledge that you ever bought tickets at all. Good luck getting help with any issues too. It'll just tell you that there's usually a delay with tickets showing when you bought them less than 24 hours ago. For tickets that were purchased 2 months ago. | |
2024-09-29 | Eric Abel | The UI is horrible and leaves much to be desired. It's difficult to find shows just by area or dates when there aren't many large venues around. Had an issue trying to to buy tickets for a show on the correct night of which I wanted to see it, so I just forgoed buying them all together so as to not get a headache. Wasn't worth the trouble. |
