App DOES NOT WORK!! WILL NOT AUTHENTICATE. Been emailing and phone calls. All they do is read a script. NO ONE wants to help. I have talked to 6 different people with no resolve. You cannot log in. I'm a network administrator and I would be fired if I rolled out this update without actually testing it. When an app opens up and you put on your info it spins and them stops. There is a link broken in the in the program to authenticate the user name and password. Stop telling the user to reinstall

The app almost never works. It spins like it's loading your log in but never goes anywhere. The few times it does work your account history is never properly updates and will be weeks behind. The entire point in an online bank is the ease of access and it doesn't work if you never actually have access.

I have used Axos for years, which means I am quite confident in saying they have a C grade app, which is a serious problem for a digital bank. I have top-of-the-line hardware (Pixel 9 Pro XL) and load times are long. The app "forgets" you have enabled biometrics if you ever mess them up, and never once in the years I've used the app have you been able to effectively view transactions more than 30 days ago, the button just doesn't work. I don't have faith in the service anymore.

Update 10/28/2024: Login issue appears to be fixed, but bill payment is messed up. Contacted them and trying to resolve the issue right now. Never had issues with other banks on bill payment confirmation that didn't actually go through and no one from the Axos team reached out to fix it until I contacted them. Be aware of late bill payments... Login doesn't work after 25Oct2024 update

New app is giving substantial issues. Log in is unreliable, support is not fast or easy. The old app is reliable at least, but that will be locked out the end of October 2024. Updated to 3 stars, because while eventually someone called me after 3 days and solved the bug on their end, I had to read one of the dumbest messages from a support agent from named Oscar. Hey Oscar, you don't need to tell someone what to do if they forgot their user/pw when they message from the secure portal.

Can't even sign in. I enter my username and password and click sign in, then I get one spin and nothing. The web site isn't much better. Trying to deposit a check it says "front or back image cannot be processed." That's not helpful. Might as well close this account and try somewhere else for my business checking. How this place has good reviews is beyond me.

The app crashes weekly, often not allowing you past the login screen. Today I attempted to call for my balance and the AI bot tells you just to use the website. Well, I can't access the web version because it routes to the app which rarely works. This online banking is incredibly frustrating, lack of customer care and basic features.

App crashes constantly (error popup that it's not responding approx every 2-3 seconds), it's extremely slow, and most functions don't load at all. On the rare occasion that I can get into my transaction history before it crashes (WHY is such a basic function three pages deep? there should be a link on the home screen) it's usually not up to date and the running balance is always wrong on those even though the current balance is usually correct. And there's maintenance EVERY night.

App is a waste of time; does not make banking easy at all. When trying to set up direct deposit, it takes me to a page to sign up for checking accounts. I already signed up for a checking account! That's why I'm trying to set up direct deposit! Circles and circles; not an easy interface to navigate, not intuitive, just inconvenient overall. Considering closing the account because it's been such a challenge within the 3 weeks of opening.

This App crashes every time I use it. This bank is great but the App is unusable. Anyone and everyone who worked on creating this App should be fired. Seriously thinking about changing banks because it is such an inconvenience. Edit: It has been 3 months since my initial review and this app still crashes every time I open it. Nothing has been resolved.
