| 2024-12-08 |  | | App was working fine. Then, two weeks ago, I go to open it, and get an error message that said, "App now has a bug.". Have tried deleting and reinstalling. Nothing changed. Please fix bug as soon as possible, or I will permanently delete the app, and install a different weather app. |
| 2024-12-04 |  | | I've used Weather Bug and WB Elite for years but I decided after a constant issue of getting the temperatures wrong, I've deleted it. The overview showing the high/low will give one thing but then the actual forecast written out will say something different. It's like the overview of the high/low temps doesn't get updated or something. And I'm talking about a 5-8 degree difference. Plus, the temps in general seem to be very different than what other apps are showing |

I've uninstalled & reinstalled a dozen times and it still is not working. I will cancel my subscription and find a weather app that works if this is not fixed. |

WHAT SORT OF UNSERIOUS GOOBER ASKS FOR A PICTURE OF AN EMPTY WIDGET FOR FURTHER RESEARCH? With the v5.99.0-17 update - Widgets completely broken and wont populate any data. Main screen updates very slowly. This usually dependable app seems to have little to zero testing prior to pushing out updates which break major functionality in the program with regularity. |

Also, your app keeps unselecting my current location for the default status bar info. I have to frequently go into the app and reselect my location to be shown in the status bar. |

And you can't hide/dismiss it or sort it down to the bottom! Which means when it's showing I have to scroll down to find the information I'm looking for instead of it being right there. |
| 2024-10-31 |  | | I mainly use this for the alerts. Radar refreshes every 10 minutes. A lot can happen in 10 minutes. Tempest no longer works with weather bug either. Bottom line there are a lot better apps for radar. But the alerts are faster than TV or radio. So it has a place, just not for up to the minute radar. |

I'm paying for WeatherBug apparently, but not WeatherBug Elite anymore? Also - concerned about information sharing, especially with regards to location data. To have the alerts really be meaningful, you need to have location data on all the time - but with their sharing policy, I'm less inclined to do so. |

It does not track my location accurately and I have double checked that location is turned on. When I click on the map for radar it jumps between all of my stored locations, never settling and stopping on any one of them particularly. |
| 2024-09-01 |  | | Lifetime Elite member for over 14 yrs+ & this issue has persisted the entire time. The Weatherbug Elite app always logs me out, & I have to re-sign into it all the time. Moreover, my username & password are saved on Samsung Pass & Google Passwords. The app does not recognize that & I have to manually enter my username & password every single time. We're talking dozens of times a month. Over the years, & the same problem with at least 7+ phones. Please revise the way our saved credentials work |
