| 2024-08-19 |  | | I have used this app for several years and other than the occasional glitch, it has worked great. However, last week that all changed. I don't know if the whole site has crashed or what, but I can't even get it to open. It kept telling me my school code was invalid, it was not and even after serval time of unstalling and re-installing this app, it will not work. I use this app almost everyday to check my kids grades and assignments, not to mention their lunch balance account. Fix it! |
| 2024-08-18 |  | | This app sucks so bad. Doesn't help that lately, DAILY, I'm having to Uninstall then reinstall just to log in to check and order off the lunch menu. And if you mess up trying to order, you can't go back and fix it. And that's just the lunch menu. Don't get me started on the rest of the app. If i could leave negative stars, i would give it -5. Why can't teachers send home work and assignments like it used to be? Cause i can't keep up with anything on this app. APP IS NOT ADHD FRIENDLY AT ALL |
| 2024-08-15 |  | | Have you used to this for a few years and never had an issue. I renewed my subscription 2 weeks ago and it was fine for a few days. Then a few days ago it said it didn't recognize the school code even though it was correct. Now, when I click to open the app, it will pop up for a second and then crash. I have uninstalled it, cleared the cache, restarted my device, turned off my wi-fi, etc. Nothing works to be able to use the app. |

I never pay for apps but decided to give this a try to make life a little easier tracking my kids grades, finances etc. I have had nothing but issues with this app. Too bad you can't get your money back. I can't even log into the app. Uninstalling and reinstalling only made it worse. Please fix!! |
| 2024-08-15 |  | | I had to pay $$ to use this app for school and it is absolute garbage. If I could give negative stars I would. It constantly crashes, rarely lets you log in and when you do finally get in, it gives error codes...so many errors codes. I've reinstalled time and time again with no luck. Just don't waste your time or money. |

Very new to this app, just had to replace my android phone and now when I try to log on, it says it's out of date and needs to be updated. However there is no option to update in the Google Play store. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but to no avail. |

The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because they just had an update which changed how the grades are shown. It used to be in colour, but now it is all gray. Me and my friends all agree it was so much better with the colour as we could tell easier if our grades were bad or good. |

Once every 2 weeks (it seems) I have to change the password because it randomly has no idea who we are. Currently, I click the app and it won't open if I have other apps open. I do not like this app, and I will not recommend it; but we are mandated to use it. Figures Again, having to uninstall and re-install. 5/4/23 |

If you are making the decision for a school to use this app, find something else. New update: Just when you think that an update can only mean improvement for this app, there's an update and things get worse. |
