This app is super easy to use, you can find whatever you need easily, and it scanned more apps and files I even knew I had. I am using the free version, but for only $7.50 a YEAR, you can get web protection and microphone protection. This app is genius. It does regular scans, and you get notified about any errors anywhere on your device. It can even be used to delete clutter from your files! I definitely reccommend it. |

Talk about why shouldn't believe those so called expert writers doing reviews on different websites. Because they basically rewrite what some idiot wrote before them. | 2024-10-17 |  | | Avira is the best antivirus & malware cleaner I have tried by far... from user experience, which is easy and simple to navigate, all the way to effectiveness and performance of the app, and I have tried about close to all of them. Google Play had informed me that one of my apps was malicious. I scanned my phone sorta as a test with all the top 'premium' antivirus apps and even some not so well known ones. Avira is literally the only one that detected it. |

Two factor authentication may be one safety option and an inconvenience, but a data breach is a nightmare. Avira protects against data breaches and privacy attacks as well. It recognized the device right away and then without flashing an add in my face remained on single overlay that truly was base OS. Then asks permissions to gather, then runs through applications in correct order. Does not interrupt and demand your wallet in middle or even worse...at end of scan. Very nice. |

There was no option to do this natively, which I thought was odd, since I was able to choose to ignore other things that way. So, since turning off notifications entirely seemed counterintuitive to me, I chose to uninstall and switch to Bitdefender, which thankfully doesn't have this issue. |

There is no fix for this issue and the same day Avira kicked me out of my account and after several attempts to sign back in, it finally accepted my credentials, then it deleted my settings my scan history, the app acted as if I were a new customer. Apparently, because I use your free version I don't deserve your help and support but I'm hoping one of you guys will read this and respond. Thank you |

No ads and you can even use dark mode. It is a free app and does thorough and accurate scan of everything that would otherwise be possible only in a antivirus premium version. No noticeable impact on battery and performance of mobile device. Highly recommended! |

Both apps have been rated among the best free apps 2022 by several independent sources. Now I don't know what's up with either app. Now both apps want me to pay for upgrade to get rid of so called problem. . I thought your apps were to prevent a issue in the first place |
