Many basic features are missing. 1) When I add list from dashboard, agent has to logout and login again to see new list. 2)Unable to change disposition from Andriod. 3)Agents are not able to login from email id , they have to login through username only 4) There is no option to turn off lead score And many more, Contacted them to give them the feedback but they are just ignoring.

This is very good app, it's very easy to use. We can generates dispositions/agent wise reports here..it's very easy to track Agent wise calling performance report. So over all is good app👍
