I can't even use the subscription because even if I log in it does not show that the subscription is updated. Really frustrated of not being able to speak to anyone or having an email where I can get some support. |
| 2024-10-08 |  | | +UPDATE: 10/7 I use the private browser tab never stays consistent. A great browser w/VPNi if you don't want to access the Net. It's really just that simple and ridiculous. I downloaded again to see if maybe my android system was at fault. No. I did get on the net. I closed the browser and when I returned I couldn't get on. Whether the VPN is on or off. The AVG Adblock is on or off. It doesn't matter. Totally unreliable. Why would anyone "upgrade" $ , when the free version is worth every penny? |

The app crashes often and still no update fixing the bug. I tried writing a feedback and the internal error occured. This app isnt alway reliable. |

I don't like that dark mode isn't applied everywhere (mainly the search results page).. Like when you're on the AVG's search page it's dark, but then going into search results, I get blinded by white/light. |

It has been like that for weeks now my phone just says this app has a bug wait for your developers to update and fix the bug. That is disappointing. Are you aware? Wondering about the integrity of my phone in conjunction with the other AVG apps. Once this is fixed and working, I will change my rating. But for now, I am in limbo and don't know what to do. |

It won't often download sites properly - they show up in a form that reminds me of sites that were garbled up in bad loading during the 2000s. Sometimes the site will not load at all. Refreshing the browser doesn't work to solve the problem either. There is no way I can do my shopping or pay bills with something like this and expect things to be ok. |
| 2022-07-18 |  | | AVG was there for me many years ago when I first egan using the internet. It was recommended by a trusted source ALL THOSE YEARS ago (more than 25 years ago now. Wow! Hard to believe !) and honestly, I've never had a problem while using any of the AVG product's I have used in all of those years. Maybe I've been lucky, but I believe it's just a company that really does want to provide a great product & service and follows through by consistently, year after year after year, doing just that! |
