Trying to sell my car. Paid $30 to create an ad which is fine. But now there are like eight Hoops I have to jump through In order to proceed with selling it, to include uploading pictures of sensitive documents like the car title. Also they are going to charge me an additional $150 if I sell through their platform, which was not disclosed before I signed up. Also half of the features of this app point you to your web browser, And their web interface is trash.

This app does not indicate which vehicles you have already looked at in the past, like other apps I have used. One other vehicle sales app puts a label, "Viewed", on the picture of the vehicle which is extremely helpful so you don't have to exclude it again and again every day or every other day. That's my only gripe.

I bought my car through the private seller on the app. After the sale it wasn't clear when and how I was going to get the original title from the seller. They should be sending updates because after spending money and not being able to register the vehicle caused anxiety. It's not about the legitimacy of the process it's just poor communication. It's not like a person is having to type emails, just have automatic notifications every step of the process.
