Useless garbage, this app basically opens up Copart & IAAI in a small window, whenever you try to pay for a Carfax report and finalize, there's no reaction, even after multiple attempts. Customer support is horrendous, they're using a translator and don't speak English, on top of that, they aren't responsive, avoid at any costs and save your time.
