However, the app is slow, unresponsive (we have to click icons multiple times before it finally reacts) and it often freezes or crashes during a story. Sometimes it just logs out and then doesn't recognize our subscription. Super frustrating, and unacceptable for an app that's this expensive. |

A few month back (with the update with the changes in appearance) it started freezing and crashing and is really slow. Restarting doesn't help, reinstalling did neighter. This is a big problem, especially in a paid app, and I hope there will be a fix soon. |
