| 2024-11-30 |  | | My account was locked because the app stopped working, and I had to download it again. I had zero audiobooks showing available from my library. After wasting half an hour on the chat, the problem is still not fixed. I'm very disappointed with the product. I've been a user since 2011, but all the problems I've experienced are recent. |
| 2024-11-30 |  | | As much as I love my audiobooks, this app makes it difficult to do so smoothly. While the Audible app has improved over the past year, it took a nosedive over the last three years compared to where it used to be. Most annoying is the seeming inability to load downloaded books unless you establish an online connection. I know why this is done, but it's so annoying. |
| 2024-11-29 |  | | Pain at times, been forced to download the same book 3 times to finish listening to it, as when it finishes, it deletes itself, what a data user. More importantly, I paid for these books, but it's not possible to let my friend borrow one and return it to me after they are finished. So truly do I really own it. Not at all, unfortunately. AUDIBLE will be replaced by a better app soon if they don't correct their overreach. I am on the market for a new app despite the fact I have over 300 books |
| 2024-11-29 |  | | 2 problems On the preview button featur, you often only get someone reading the introduction or forward. I want to hear a clip of the main narrator as I tend to buy more audiobooks when I know if they have a talented narrator. The app closes down each time I close down all the windows. I have to start book again. Libby and youtube stay open while you use them. |
| 2024-11-29 |  | | Honestly, I enjoy the app. Overall, it operates smoothly. However, there was a time a few months back I kept having issues where it would crash or give me error messages, but I just took the app off and installed it back. No issues since then. I'm not sure, but there are times when it seems to pause during the reads or seem as if parts were skipped, but I believe it may be the actual book/readers recording not audible. I'm happy to have the app. |
| 2024-11-28 |  | | It's been wonderful to listen while I'm doing things I need to do, motivating me to get out and take my walks or get things done at home. I can listen to something funny or just interesting to lift my mood when I need it. I tried the inexpensive trial and have nothing negative to say, just that unfortunately I am on social security and my budget cannot allow for a treat like audible. But you will love it. |

There is literally something for everyone: Fluffy nonsense, self help, academic pieces, etc. The only downside is you can't return/trade books bought with cash; only books bought with credits can be exchanged or returned. Other than that, you won't regret the expense. |
| 2024-11-26 |  | | The app is limited and, unfortunately, will push the books not included in your subscription without allowing you to sort to the ones included. The plus catalog is buried and hard to look through to prevent you from easily finding books in your subscription to listen to. Amazon needs to spend a little more time on search features for this app to compensate for the money people spend on it. |
| 2024-11-26 |  | | Well, I have over 70 owned books on here. I've had the subscription for years and use this app near daily. I have loved it. However, not sure if it's it's the updates or what but now it loads so slow if it opens at all, sometimes doesn't show books in my library, or not downloading my books at all. So essentially useless. I've Uninstalled the app, reinstalled, cleared the cache, restsrted, etc etc. Nothing. I have noticed it lagging more over the years, but this is ridiculous. Fix it. |
| 2024-11-25 |  | | I'm getting really tired of all the 'play back' errors. I currently have 4 different books that I started and now can't listen to. Unfortunately, I currently have a great deal invested in purchased books to drop this app. Otherwise, I would.I've tried to do the 'uninstall and reinstall' trick on several occasions. I've just become sick and tired of playing games to receive something that I bought in good faith and paid good money for. |
