Great app for learning about your time usage on apps, particularly social media apps. You can set limits on usage within the app, but if you need to extend your time on that app for the day, there is a "Snooze App Limit" feature that pops up for extensions.

Great app. I was apart of the study that just ended and it was great. The support team was great. I exchanged a few emails with them and they were quick to respond. The app was running in the background the whole time and it was never bothersome.

Excellent app for keeping track of the time spent on each app on your phone, and setting limits on them when you'd like to reduce your usage of each app. Very user-friendly!
