I have saved sooooo much money using MAC.BID! I did not choose to become a "member" but so far, I have had no issues to speak of with my purchases. It's easy to navigate the app,and the pickup process is extremely easy. I'm 82,and no matter which warehouse I go to, the staff is eextremelyhelpful, easy to find to help me, and very polite. I can't say enough good things about MAC.BID,but be careful to read the online product descriptions because you can wind up with items you can't use. Addictive!

The schertz location doesn't accurately check large items and takes them directly to your vehicle without inspection after making you wait anywhere from 20 min to 2 hours for your items. I've received a few items that were mislabeled and they did nothing about it at all. Between the extra fees and the drive to the location this is just disappointing. I ended up deleting the app after the 2nd time it happened with a large item and the 3rd time with a small item. Not again.

The updated app is horrible! Always lags, kicks you out, you can never get your bids in, freezes all the time and they took away the find related products search. Worst update ever. Can get some really good deals but can also get beat. They need to learn to describe the items better. I've bought used dirty junk when it said like new and stupid me didn't buy the insurance thinking it was like new.
