| 2024-03-15 |  | | Bid on an item and when I picked it up it was not the same item pictured. The picture showed 2 RBG strip lights with a remote and phone control and what I got was 1 white strip light with no remote and no capability to control from my phone. Granted part of it was my fault for not reading the description more thoroughly but the picture was very misleading. |
| 2024-01-24 |  | | The issue with BK is that if it is described incorrectly or pictured incorrectly, they just don't care. You are out of luck if you purchase something that was misrepresented. All good until this happens so buyer beware |
| 2023-12-13 |  | | This app (and website) would be greatly improved if you could filter the lots by category. Currently, you must scroll through hundreds of lots to see what they have. It takes too long, and therefore I don't shop with BK as much as I would like to. The search feature is only moderately helpful - great if you're looking for a very specific keyword - but not for searching by category. |
