| 2024-11-29 |  | | I love this game, honestly it was got me to learn new song artists, make many friends, and helped me find my love for fashion However. Recently when trying to get back into the game, I couldn't find a way to get access to my account, I tried looking for the username, password, but I only know the display name, and since I didn't log in with a Facebook account I pretty much lost everything. If there is a way for me to get it back I would appreciate it as I spent a like 5-10 bucks on this game. |

A little bit of lag can crash my game, everytime I tried to claim an outfit in the honor it crashes. It also crashed when I was looking for an egg to open. Also I have this gift voucher no.3 and nothing happens I contact the support in the game because it tells me to and not once not twice but five times different weeks and I couldn't claim anything. I don't have Facebook. |

I do admit some things are very overwhelming when it comes to all of the modes and elf city, crew, trainee, academy I just kind of get lost but overall, an amazing game I've been playing for 7 years and have made so many amazing friends and long-lasting memories |

I wasn't too worried at first. Hey, I'll just log back in. However once doing that, my account was completely reset. Nothing was there and I was back at the tutorial all over again. I probably won't be playing for a bit, at least until I can find out if it's fixable. If not, of course I'll just redo everything, but still a bother. |
| 2024-03-01 |  | | Alright, this game for sure has potential! The idea is super fun, a rhythm game focused around dancing and fashion. But this game has just got SO MUCH going on. And half of it is JUST for rewards. Like at least 7 tabs just for different rewards and gacha pools and etc. the actual rhythm gameplay is okay, but just that, okay. It gives you one tutorial and then throws you into it, which honestly made it hard to keep up. The graphics are cute, and the idea is really stellar but the execution.. eh |

Cause my old account got deleted or something, I was logging after an update, and it didn't work with password and everything, but anyway. The note tapping is working. I click on it at the right time, but it counts it as a miss. If you can, please fix it as soon as possible. Thank you! |
| 2022-10-15 |  | | First of all, when pressing on screen actions, when you tap/touch on the circles, it's not satisfying. Hear me out. The sound is dull and sometimes I wonder if I even touched it. In comparison to other games similar to this, it might vibrate slightly, or have this nice sound depending on how well you landed the circle note. This does not have that. I also feel like there's some lag when playing. These are simple fixes. But it just made me put this down. |

BUT the songs never get updated, they never add new songs, and I really wish they would. If they added new songs I would come back and play again! Also, the lag is pretty bad in one areas/modes. And the amount of storage thus fame takes is insane. I do really love this game, there is lots to do, I just really wish they'd add new songs! |
| 2022-06-20 |  | | So for context, I downloaded the app in early 2020, and this was my first time playing again since august 2021. I used to love this game, the concept of it was cool. I loved getting outfits and playing the different game modes. When I returned to it, it was unplayable. Everything took at least 2 minutes to load. I'm level 57 in this game, and had 2 kids. But when I go to the nursery, it tells me I need to be level 15. Amongst other things, it really ruins the experience. |

I haven't played in awhile, but, based on my experience when I played again in the summer, it's actually amazing. it's great for meeting friends and socializing, but I do have one slight issue that messed up the game often when I used to play. there would be like a pink block behind you and you couldn't see anyone else. this would sometimes occur during the like time, when you like others outfits. |
