You can't get ahold of anyone online and the phone numbers go to nothing, and the system won't even come up after downloading

It keeps crashing, closes right away can not view no way to get any help with issue

App crashes or reverts to remote viewing when using remote setup options in the application menu. Push notifications fail to work. Picture quality ok on low. But one camera shows a dual screen on the high resolution setting.app is buggy and lacks support, obviously no feedback from support either.
