What a nightmare ....all I wanted to do is put a light on and turn it on .....not have to install an app and not be able to get a code have to call customer support just to put a light in front of my house. Now I understand why it was on clearance.... It's totally useless if you do not download the app a greater user agreement give them all your privacy and let them look into your Wi-Fi you cannot just turn the thing on and off with a switch returning it

ROBERT WADDELL, 2024-11-24The app is not communicating with the string lights. The lights are on, but on the app their "offline." Tried to reconnect them, and they reconnected for 2 secs. I've had these lights for 3 yrs now, and this issue started about 2 months ago. I can't seem to fix the issue. I've disconnected the lights, reinstalled the app, moved my router, gone on airplane mode to use just wifi, and I continue to have this issue. I can't change the colors of the lights!! That's all I want to do. :(

Diana, 2024-11-13Last update bricked my lights. Great lights but the app made them useless since they rely 100% on the app to function properly. The lights worked perfectly until an update where they require a 2.4 ghz connection. My Wi-Fi router does not let me switch between 2.4 and 5.0 ghz manually. I tried every trick in the book but no luck on reconnecting the lights. I'll be returning the lights for a refund. Atomi, please do better next time. Your app update was garbage.
