2024-04-24 | patrick wyly | This app has potential but has been executed horribly. It works well, and lag time with the X-sight 4k pro is about 1 second. But if you are using the Thor 4, the longer you have the view finder open on the app, the longer the lag time is. I was getting lag times of 30 seconds from moving the scope to it showing on the app! The view finder needs to be enlarged. Heck, take a look at AGM's app it's executed way more efficiently. Please fix this ! Yes, firmware is up to date. | |

If someone is rolling out a fixed version, they are either not putting it out, or if the fix that was in the Oct 23 update did not work because it is still broken. Until then, it is still a horrible app. Keeps closing when setting is selected and the wifi streaming sucks, even at 12". | |

Now if i can figure out how to fix the intermitten compass "err". Even after "calibrating" rotations. When it shows the compass, it doesnt move. Most of the time just shows "err"... | |

I can think of no greater purpose for a smart watch than this app. Mainly profile selecting, and environment data entering, distance entering, etc (all the stuff thats annoying to use the scope to enter). If it is possible, a live scope feed would be super cool but not likely useful. | |

The delay between what is seen in the display on the scope and what is displayed on the app is too slow to use and is totally useless. This is a must have feature for night hunting hogs and minimizing the blinding effect looking thru the scope for long periods of time. The Apple app works much better. ATN needs to step up and make this Android app better. | |

Terrible Latency, No screen rotation, no saving videos or images, and a downright clunky UI has killed not only the app for me but has me thinking about selling the scope. No point in having the features if I can't use them to their fullest. ATN markets itself on tech... you'd think they could make an app or at least even address the issues here. Now I can not download my pictures or videos to my android phone at all. The scope and app are both updated to the latest versions. I have removed and reinstalled the app and factory reset the 4k pro. Still no file transfer!!!!! This needs to be fixed for us after our investment in ATN products. | |

It would also be good if i could turn the reticle on and off for just video purposes. Seeing the battery power would be nice aswell. The app disconnects and won't reconnect unless you kill the running app and then restart the app and then some function of control allows you to see the recordings and to edit some profile names. None of the functions of retrieving information function properly so you must remove your memory card from the scope and put it in a computer in order to save your pictures and videos. The scope itself froze more than a 1984 IBM PC XT and I returned it for a refund |
