2024-10-15 | Darren Boxhall | How the hell do I connect to the router. I try all sorts of passwords and usernames and it fails. Man!
2024-09-09 | Lukasz Nowak | Excellent app works very well and i can access my hdd connected to asus router from anywhere in the world and it is ultra fast thank you for your service ASUS 🤩
2024-09-01 | Khent Flores | Samsung running on Android 14 but AiCloud can't detect the router automatically or even manually adding it. My iPhone on the other hand is doing great handling the app with no issue whatsoever.
2024-06-20 | Manwar Hussain | Rubbish app. Won't even show all the files in the folder ever since update. Also uploading a file to the connected USB drive takes forever. Will have to look into TP-Link router.
2024-04-04 | Matthew Ives | Can't seem to do anything on this app, it will show me the folders of devices including on the same phone the app is on but it won't show me any of the FILES within those folders, I can't see my pictures or anything. Due to everything being invisible I can't try to move or copy files. What exactly is the point of this app when it has zero functionality it just seems to be a folder viewer? About as much use as the fluff between my toes.
2023-11-28 | John Franks | Put my 1tb drive in the router and set it up. Will not let me select folders to transfer. Tried to transfer files and keep getting errors. No easy way to auto sync folders that I can see. That's the hole reason I got the new router. Hopefully they fix all this and make it user friendly.
2023-11-16 | Michal Helta | I actually never managed to make it work on my PC. It connected on my android phone but that's it. I can't upload anything to it. Everytime I tried upload a picture to my router connected drive it kicked me out. I'm not IT expert but these router settings would definitely required one. It's sad that Windows version of Asus app haven't changed in years. It is the same old user unfriendly stone age software expecting that everyone know what DDNS and many other shortcuts and numbers mean.
2023-11-05 | Paul Watson | I updated the firmware on the router ( RT-AC68U ) and immediately my USB 3.0 DISK stopped working and my mobile devices cannot access AiCloud even though it has new update....very mad. ** I should have updated this LONG time ago * I have been running this app for years now... it is Stable and informative. Two thumbs up!
2023-11-04 | Dan Burke | The app was decent, but had some problems with playing audio - with shutdowns sometimes happening in the background. With the latest update on 10/23/23, I can no longer play audio. The app no longer asks for permission for "music and audio", so I'm guessing that's why. I uninstalled and manually installed the old version.
2023-07-02 | John Turner | Was the "programmer" just starting out in IT? I would imagine a school child could do better. I haven't the time to list all the flaws but one in particular casts doubt on the capabilities of whoever built this trash. If you copy a file from your USB storage to your local storage, it actually puts the string "asuscopy" AFTER the file extension...which means your device will not recognise the file type without you having to edit the filename. Do they even test this trash before releasing it? |
