The "tech" who came out to set up my phone had no idea what he was doing. He kept trying to troubleshoot different options. He finally managed to get my number transferred over to the new phone and said "all good" and took off. He didn't help me with restoring any of my data because he didn't bring the equipment he said. I spoke to multiple tech coaches who were no help (the touch screen on my old phone was broken). Now I've lost all my photos and the memories they held 😞 0 out of 5 stars.

The only way they can access your account (not your phone) is when they send a text message with a link to either allow or deny account access. Otherwise, tech coach is great. I have never had any issues. I will, however, have them call me instead of chat. Any issue I have is always taken care of...without having to constantly repeat myself. I pay extra for the service.

Used it twice in past month. Both times I struggled to get my question typed in before the App arbitrarily closed, thereby erasing my question. It crashed/closed on me over and over again. Sometimes I had to start over with an new Tech ! Having to explain my issue all over again even while it continued to close all the while! A thoroughly horrible and frustrating set of experiences!!
