| 2024-12-11 |  | | This mobile app needs a serious update as I just recently purchased your latest model A50 Gen 5 and I'm trying to manually enter a community parametric EQ but the Q factor limits are 0.04-7.95 and the example I'm trying to enter is 20Hz -6.00dB Q 0.688 So looks like I'm limited to a basic 10 band EQ or the 3 built in presets. |

The desktop app allows you to adjust a few more things than the phone app. I wish that you could adjust the same on the phone app but for the most part they are both good. I highly recommend it, it's easy to connect your devices and adjust whatever you need. |

There's a major bug in custom presets. Anyone who works in or has worked in the software development industry can see the numerous design flaws. If you want to retain a solid reputation Logitech, you need to majorly overall this horrendous user experience. It's enough to make me buy a competitors product. |
