The reviews show exactly what I was afraid of. It could malfunction and not even generate info about what you're asking about, plus no unsubsidized button, and no trial? If you're not going to do a free trial at least offer an extremely cheap one. |

I had purchased this, hoping to use it similarly to what a pen and paper mind map would look like, only with the assistance of AI. No such luck. I'm going to cancel my subscription as I don't see this being beneficial to me. I should have read the reviews before purchasing. |

Also there is currently only a jpeg option for mindmaps created - can yopu save in a format for reviewing afterwards, and perhaps could a pdf feature be made avbailable for using the created mindmaps in presentastions as the jpeg can leave font small or fuzzy if more complex? |

If I were a new customer, I would be getting the upgraded product. I would like a refund for the original purchase. Edit: Great customer service. Problem solved. Rating changed from 1* to 5*. |
