Worked amazing twice. Was able to control my head unit from outside or on the other end of my trailer. Now a week later the app keeps crashing and will not connect. Please fix as apparently this is ongoing for many people.

It does not work at all. It just stays frozen all the time, but than seemingly updates 3-5 minutes later and does what I commanded the radio to do at an inopportune time. If i could give it a 0 I would. I have a 2018 Winnebago Winnie Drop 1790 with a JWM6A. It comes in handy since the RV was purchased used so it did not come with the unit's remote.

Crashes pretty consistently now. Can push one maybe two buttons before it crashes then I have to kill the app and start over with the same poor experience. Running on a Samsung S20. The app is pretty useless.
