2023-12-11 | Tom Svircev | Wrong information. I've been studying for my 107 for several weeks now, and took the Prepware Remote Pilot practice test, and several answers it gave were wrong. Most glaring example, when it wants you to transmit on CTAF frequency to let manned ac know your position. You are not allowed to do that at all.
2023-12-05 | Kasey Weinman | Great app, it works for studying, but it be amazing if it had a search list of the part 107 rules so that you can search for like rules against flying at night and it show you what number that's under. As far as I know I haven't found an app that has that.
2023-07-17 | Brian Curran | Would love to give this app 5 star's it really is a good app to help you study I have a a few problems with it and I have to be honest here my only gripe so far and I have only tested it in the study part I do not like the fact when you get the answer wrong you can go back and switch answer's and the explanations are just ok without any references where you should look if you want to learn a more indept explanation for the question (used up my review)
2022-11-15 | Lucas Zanolla C. da Rosa | The morning of my part 107 test I got 85% on the app and then a few hours later I got 95% on the actual test. A few question on the acrual test were extremely similar to the ones on the app. If you are trying to do everything with youtube and for free, at least invest in this app, it is really worth it.
2022-10-05 | First Last | Good app. Very Useful. It would be very helpful however if you would add the ability to flag (mark) questions that a person wants to focus on as well as the ability to make notes regarding each question (i.e. have a button on the side of the screen for each question that would pop up a separate screen where a note could be made regarding that question).
2021-07-31 | Evan Guttman | I dont usually leave a review.. But because of THIS app, I got a 92 on my test!! I first ran it in study mode and went through every question. And then even if I guessed right, I would click "explain" to see why I was right. I then ran it in test mode and got a 93 and 95 score. But I figured I was just lucky. Today I took the test.. and some of the very questions that was on this app... WERE ON THE TEST! So thanks for this app!
2021-06-28 | Matt Davis | Helpful, but should be updated (especially since this is a paid app). Many of the answers are now incorrect/outdated -- for example, you can fly at night and over people as of 2021. These new rules are on the initial and recurrent exams.
2021-05-29 | Sean Saldan | Best Part 107 app. Fantastic app. Great explanations for each question. I watched a lot of videos on YouTube but watching videos doesn't mean you can answer questions. I read some preparation books on the Kindle too but there weren't explanations, just the answers. Also like that the app questions are organized in different categories.
2021-04-16 | nathan ray | Decent app but with a few errors, some questions are worded in a way that don't make any sense. Contacted the developer and recieved a long email about how everything is correct and "welcome to the world of aviation". I'm not new to the uas world, longitude is east to west not north to south. Other than that it's a reasonably helpful app just be aware of some errors.
2021-01-15 | Michael Joseph | I passed my exam this morning with an 85%, BUT(!!!) while this app is useful it is either out of date with the current question set or prioritizes the wrong parts of the actual 107, or both. For reference I was acing the mock tests this app presents averaging 95-98%. The 107 has lots and lots of airspace and sectional map questions including a bunch that dont show up here. I would not advocate using this as your sole or primary method of prep, but as an augment or 'on the go' its fine. |
