Accessibility Service:
Edge Touch blocking functionality depends on accessibility setting. The accessibility setting is used to render views on the screen edges to block unwanted touches. The setting is also used to read the current foreground application package name, system ui and keyboard. This is to allow Edge Touch to remove the rendered view when avoiding them is configured. Edge Touch does not control, read and modify any screen content. Edge Touch does not collect any personal and sensitive data.

These permissions are dangerous as they allow developers to read everything rendered on the screen. Fear not, as mentioned in Security note section, if the app do reads information rendered on the screen, it has no possible way to record and/or sending them out. Feel free to contact developer if you have any concern on this.

Wished the dead zone size could go lower than 1℅ When I am in landscape mode and I try to swipe down the control panels (Right side), it swipes down the notification area instead (Tecno)

This is a useful app for devices where the edges are too sensitive to touch, and you find there are too many accidental touch inputs from the edges, especially when you're gripping a phone that has thin/no bezels with one hand.

Two phone cases broke on me within a year so I started raw dogging it. The annoying "bezels are the devil" trend and having no built-in touch rejection feature meant I was constantly accidently touching things on my screen with my palm as I reached across it with my thumb or when I held it while typing. This app is simple, straight forward, does exactly what it says it will do. No ads, and just for that I will buy the donation version. Thank you for this app!
