It takes ages to get information on account details, loan balance etc. Upon that, loan deductions do not reflect on the apps dashboard correctly and the figures reflected do not add up to the amount being, the balance remaining and the principal amount. Kindly delete my details and remove whatever account number you attached my name and details with. I've tried over a hundred times. It keeps sending the same message.. "ouch.. unable to change password". C'mon work on it. Or get the app off the playstore. | |

It's funny after registration and creating password and at the point of login, you are told it's a wrong password. Ok. They sent a default password to enable you change it still yet it will display... OUCH.[as if their balls got hit by a ball]. UNABLE TO CHANGE PASSWORD. What a joke of an app. | |
2023-02-02 | Tunji Aina | The customer service is poor, and staff are not courteous enough to relate with clients. Also, some of the staff are not up to date with client's account status. The system is horrible, for instance, l made a loan repayment into PAGE Domiciliary account, and it took over a year to get confirmation. As a matter of fact, the payment was tagged as not received, but credit to my record keeping- which serve as a proof of payment. If not, l would have been asked to make another payment. |
