2024-06-17 | glenn thomas | I've had this app for years but it's become too obnoxious. I used to get an ad after using the flashlight but now I get one when I open the app, turning on the light, turning off the light & ads are often hard to close accidentally taking me to the website then going back to the flashlight I get another ad because I left the app. This is stupid, the flashlight should be a phone feature. The flaslight is needed during stressfull situations & several ads just to find my dropped keys is bogus.
2024-05-20 | Range Ryder | trash. I just want an ON AND OFF BUTTON and then on top of it being unusable garbage obviously made by indians that is confusing and pauses a lot, it interrupts you with ads. yes. a flashlight that is HARDER to use than the standard one you have to fidget around with and swipe down and fumble with is way better than this. indians made it.
2022-08-18 | earen rast | The promise: an add free experience that gives you instant-on flashlight functionality. The reality: ads so dense you can only change settings every 20-30 seconds. FOR A FLASHLIGHT APP. When using the installed flashlight function installed on all Android phones, you can change manual flashlight settings (initial activation, brightness, etc,) at a rate of 1/2-4sec. Do the math.
2022-06-08 | Derrek Spilsbury | It always works when I need it to. A couple of times it was dark outside and it came on before I could fall. I thought that was kind of neat, must have sensed the stabilization gesture then turned right on. It's totally worth it to have, and it was free to download.
2022-03-06 | Travis Bdub | Very simple On or Off flashlight app with a simple tap of the screen. Takes up practically no memory. Nice to use when your picking your way through a dark attic after you find your flashlight has died while working. As long as you can put up the ads.
2022-01-29 | Rebecca Matarese | This was very annoying to use. I downloaded it when I needed to see in my dark basement to fix something and was already impatient. My advice to the developers would be to not rethink the wheel. The design is cool, that is enough. It was very difficult finding the on/off button, when most flashlights it is already established to turn it on and off by tapping the flashlight icon. Everytime I pushed a button to figure out how it worked another ad would come on.
2021-12-10 | J White | Was a great app until the full screen ads every time you try to turn the light off. I use this often during emergencies, and it takes extra time to shut the app down, with the full screen ads, thus, draining my battery even quicker, as well.
2021-10-01 | Walsh “walshamite” Amite | Useful but no instructions, e g. does the Morse cycke just once or does it loop? The coloured light palette option confuses me, as my white LED shines, not a coloured screen, so how does that work? It's a quick way to do what the draw-down blind torch offers, plus other features, but not really intuitive. The review rating box for ads makes no sense at all. What does "clear shown inside the app" mean?
2021-09-09 | Johnny Oatman | A simple free flashlight for phone. I've used app for about three weeks an average would be 2-3 times a day for short time periods usually under 2 minutes and it has worked with no problems at all and appears to be better on battery consumption then similar apps I've used.
2021-07-18 | D&VK | This is my favorite flashlight app. I've tried others and they either had mass ads or glitchs, like wouldn't turn off. This one is simple, does just what I need and with the touch of the screen turns off and gets out of the way. I think it's perfect! Thank you for developing this one :) |
