The interface of other teacher's(not specifically maths teacher in case you got me wrong) app is so satisfying, please make this app user friendly, so we (students) can promote this. First of all the support team ie., WhatsApp number is unresponsive and if they do respond they talk very rudely and doesn't help at all. They don't care about the person.Once you bought the course you're done team is not at all concerned about your issues secondly the app such a buggy app all the time buffering even on 100mbps wifi and the faculty says we can't do anything it's your app and while taking classes screen turns off what a joke |
